Chiyuri Kitashirakawa, as she appears in touhou 3 (Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream). She's probably my favorite character out of all the Touhou games made for the PC-98. This was just a really lazy attempt at drawing in a new style, so I didn't even bother to clean up the lines.
